Pentadel’s long-term relationship with KP Snacks is a proud example of the way in which we partner with our clients.
The Pentadel team has been working in partnership with the team at Tyrrells Crisps since 2019, and is now managing ongoing CAPEX improvement and optimisation programmes across multiple sites. Pentadel scopes and costs works on Tyrrells’ behalf, preparing submissions to the board for approval; once approval is granted, our team completes detailed designs, leads the tendering and procurement process and manages construction works, including the coordination of major operational shut-downs, as necessary.
Works managed on Tyrrells’ behalf in this year alone include:
the installation of a new, automated packing line
warehouse remodelling
site master planning, including the redirection of traffic flow
the replacement of operation critical systems
