Vitacress Salads is a leading producer of fresh salads supplying a wide range of supermarkets and food services with high-quality and ethically sourced produce. They put sustainability at the forefront of operations, placing importance on responsible farming, and aligning with Pentadel’s commitment to reducing environmental impact.

Pentadel ran a thorough process optimisation model, identifying key areas of the process to be upgraded resulting in a huge production uplift of 28%.The significant upgrade works were meticulously planned around the ongoing operations, ensuring that Vitacress were able to meet all of their customer volume requirements.
