Pentadel Project Management is proud to have worked with Bloom & Wild - the original online flower delivery company and the UK’s leading flower delivery app - to fast-track the establishment of a new direct-to-consumer (D2C) fulfilment centre in Germany.
We had just six months to find a suitable building, and then design and deliver the project in time for one of the busiest days of the year, Mother’s Day.
Despite this, and the unexpected and unprecedented challenges of COVID-19, the Pentadel team delivered the project on time and under budget.
By achieving this, Bloom & Wild’s customers in Germany were able to continue gifting fresh flowers online and via the app throughout the Covid-19 lockdown and beyond.
Furthermore, our design team is proud to have designed a facility that’s optimised to retain the freshness of the flowers and which is also a pleasant and efficient place for Bloom & Wild’s florists to work.
Key to this was the installation of a temperature and humidity controlled environment suitable to maintain and enhance the freshness of the flowers while they are being prepared and packaged by hand for customers.
