Pentadel Project Management is particularly proud of the project it completed for master blenders Pontoon Cocktails in April 2018.
Despite a number of challenging constraints, the new 1,000 square metre facility in South West London was delivered ahead of schedule and under budget.
In just 20 weeks, the Pentadel team – which was involved from concept to completion – developed a process layout for Pontoon’s state-of-the-art kitchen and designed the process equipment, which is now making some of the UK’s best ready-to-serve cocktails.
