Montana Bakery’s £8M expansion delivered on time and budget

We are really proud to have delivered on time and budget a £8m expansion at Montana Bakery Ltd in Slough.

The 2,400m2 expansion included the integration of two news lines for the additional output of stone baked pizza bases and baguettes.

It was a challenging project for us all as we had to work within a fully operational bakery and design and install new lines within the existing bakery footprint. We also fitted a vast spiral freezer which required some complex structural modifications to fit it within the bakery confines.
